Registration

Please view the pricing page for details on ticket types, prices and available discounts.

Our Standard and VIP passes are not available to individuals that are considered “vendors” for the purposes of the CONNECT conference. A Vendor Pass is the access option available for these individuals .

Vendors are individuals associated with a company that offers software or services in the employee experience, digital or hybrid workplace,  internal comms and collaboration, knowledge management or similar spaces. It is at the sole discretion of the CONNECT team to determine if an individual is considered to be a vendor and therefore required to purchase a Vendor Pass to access the conference.

Please note that vendors may also choose to sponsor the event, and by doing so gain access to the conference. 

Unless we sell out of all available tickets, you can register at any point, including on-site at the event.

Ticket holders will have access to a select set of on-demand sessions once the video materials have been finalized.

A confirmation email is sent automatically from the system upon the successful completion of your registration. However, these emails often get caught by corporate spam filters. Have you checked your junk folder?

Yes! We are an approved provider of recertification credits by HRCI, SHRM and IHRIM. Participation at each event in this series will qualify for 6 credit hours of recertification credit.

Step up to the CONNECT Challenge! Attend live sessions, visit sponsor booths, snap pics and chat with fellow attendees to earn points – and a chance to spin the prize wheel.

Prizes are worth $4,000 in e-gift cards ($5-$500 in value) at each event.  You have 3 chances to win!  

All qualified registrants of the event are eligible to play, during event hours, until all prizes are redeemed.  See below for full game rules.

HOW TO PLAY

Step 1:  Register for the Event — Register for the upcoming event.  Only event registrants are eligible to play.  Limitations and exclusions apply (see below).  

All registrants agreed to our posted Registration Terms & Conditions.  Agreement to Registration Terms & Conditions is required to participate in the Event and all/any event games, raffles, incentivized and non-incentivized activities.

Step 2:  Qualify for the Challenge — Qualified registrants must include in their registrant profile, at the point of registration or modified registration, no later than 12:00 PM EST on the final day of the event:

First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Company, Work Email*, Work Phone

*Work Email addresses do not include free email domains, such as but not limited to gmail.com, aol.com, yahoo.com and similar; educational institutions, unless you are employed by the institution.

Only one registrant per event. Individuals may not register, log in or participate in the Challenge using multiple email addresses for the same event. Individuals with multiple registrations and/or emails will be automatically disqualified from all prizes, winnings, raffles, games and other incentives.

The Game is open to all domestic and international registrants, regardless of geographic location.

Step 3: Attend the Event — Attend the event in person.

Session views, including start time, end time, and total time viewed, are captured within the event platform.  Registrants will be deemed ineligible for prizes won through the Challenge if session view data within the platform indicates that at least one full session has not been viewed.  No exceptions will be made.

Step 4:  Earn Points — Within the Event Hub, navigate to the Challenge page, using the hamburger icon and menu located at the top, left of the screen.

To earn points, follow the instructions next to each individual challenge.  Complete the challenge, find the check-in code, and return to the challenge page.  Enter the check-in code in the relevant challenge page to accumulate points.

Note that some challenges are available within the specific time frame referenced only, and not otherwise available.  

Step 5:  Spin the Prize Wheel — You can spin the wheel a maximum of 3 times during the event.  To spin, accumulate the required number of points.

Spins are available until the event close time, until 4:30pm EST on the final event day, or until all prizes have been redeemed, whichever comes first.

Play early and often.  Should prizes have been fully redeemed before a player accumulates his/her first set of points, a player may not have a chance to spin the wheel.

Additional Game Terms & Conditions
Prizes — (175) $5 gift cards, (45) $25 gift cards, (15) $100 gift cards, (1) $500 gift card
All prizes will be awarded as electronic gift cards. 
Winners — All winners will be contacted via email within 7 (seven) business days of the event for prize distribution. E-gift cards will be available for redemption for up to (30) days post-event.  E-gift cards not activated by the recipient within that time will be canceled, and not available for future activation, and prizes will be deemed non-redeemable.

Limitations and Exclusions — No more than $720 of total rewards will be awarded each hour of the event. The minimum possible winning for one registrant is $0. Should prizes have been fully redeemed before a player accumulates his/her first 4,000 points, a player may not have a chance to spin the wheel. The maximum possible winning for one registrant is $700. 
Only one registrant per event. Individuals may not register, log in or participate in the Challenge using multiple email addresses for the same event. 
Individuals with multiple registrations and/or emails will be automatically disqualified from all prizes, winnings, raffles, games and other incentives at the event, including but not limited to Challenge winnings, and at all future events, sweepstakes, raffles and other incentivized activities offered by Simpler Media Group, Inc., its brands and subsidiaries.
Any attempt to garner points or spin the prize wheel outside of event hours will disqualify the registrant from all prizes, winnings, raffles, games and other incentives at the event, including but not limited to Challenge winnings, and at all future events, sweepstakes, raffles and other incentivized activities offered by Simpler Media Group, Inc., its brands and subsidiaries.
At our sole discretion, Simpler Media Group reserves the right to refuse admittance or expel from the event any registrant that we determine is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the event or to any other registrant.  Any registrant expelled from the event will disqualify the registrant from all prizes, winnings, raffles, games and other incentives at the event, including but not limited to Challenge winnings, and at all future events, sweepstakes, raffles and other incentivized activities offered by Simpler Media Group, Inc., its brands and subsidiaries.
Revocation — As the Challenge is virtual and dependent upon live participation, alternate opportunities are not available. Qualified registrants who are unable to participate in the Challenge may choose to revoke use of their contact information by our event organizers, publishers, brands and/or sponsors by contacting [email protected] within 24 hours of the posted event hours.

Step 4: Participate in the Event Slack Community — Within the Event Hub, navigate to the Networking page, using the hamburger icon and menu located at the top, left of the screen.

Select the Slack Community from the Networking dropdown list. The event Slack channel will open and you will be automatically joined.

Participate in the Slack community at least twice throughout the event hours.  Options to participate include:

  • Introducing yourself in the water-cooler channel;
  • Asking event-content or sponsor-product related questions in the water-cooler channel;
  • Sharing your selfie from the event in the photo-booth channel;
  • Responding to other registrants in the water-cooler or photo-booth channel

Winners — A random drawing from qualified registrants will be held to determine the winner by 5:00 PM EST on the final day of the event. The winner will be contacted via email within (7) seven business days of the event for prize distribution. Non-response by the recipient within (7) seven business days will cause the award to be canceled, and the prize will be deemed non-redeemable.

Select the Sessions page from the Program dropdown list. Navigate to any live session and click “View Session” to join.

Participate in the entirety of one session to be marked “attended”.

Step 4: Complete the Event Survey — All attendees will receive the event survey via email immediately post-event.

To complete the survey, click on the link provided.  Where indicated, provide your email address to be eligible for the reward. 

The first 100 respondents to complete the survey and provide their email address will receive a $10 e-gift card, within seven business days of the event.

Originally named “Digital Workplace Experience”, the conference was launched in 2017. During the global pandemic the conference was run virtually and on a quarterly basis.

Renamed Reworked CONNECT in late 2022, the conference is returning to an in person format in the Spring of 2023.
