Aaron Kim is Senior Director and Head, Digital Workplace Solutions, at the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), and leads the areas of internal social collaboration, mobility development, intranet, enterprise search, occupancy solutions, emerging technologies within the context of employee digital experience. He’s also spoken at several events across the globe, including London, Singapore, Barcelona and San Francisco. He has a passion for innovation and for making work smarter, more meaningful and rewarding to all. Born and raised in Brazil to a Korean father and Japanese mother, he also volunteers in several diversity initiatives inside and outside RBC. Aaron has held previous roles as a consultant at IBM Canada and Unisys Brazil. He holds an MBA from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the Universidade de São Paulo.
