Ashley Perryman is the Vice President of Global Human Resources at Spiceworks Ziff Davis, a 1500+ person Tech & Media company. She's led the Human Resource function for US public companies and private-equity backed firms, as well as high-growth startups with globalized workforces. Her background has led to her specialization in designing a comprehensive People Strategy that centers the talent and elevates the People Experience, therefore enabling scale for emerging technology companies. Through her intrapreneurial approach, she creates best-in-class cultures that have resulted in winning multiple best places to work awards.
