Jennifer (Jen) Leemann is Vice President, Communications, at Tapestry, a global house of brands including Coach, Kate Spade and Stuart Weitzman. Today, Jen is responsible for internal and owned communications, corporate and talent branding as well as running communications operations. Across her eight-year tenure Jen has elevated the role of communications and played defining roles in the company’s transformation to a house of brands including rebranding the company from Coach, Inc. to Tapestry, Inc., developing and launching the company purpose and building a culture of transparency and purpose-driven action.
