Marietta has been a "happiness creator" for consumers and businesses across the financial services industry for 20+ years and she is currently a Principal CX Leader at Intuit with a focus on creating scalable experiences that foster emotional connections with customers. Marietta previously held leadership roles at three startups overseeing customer onboarding, training, and operations for SaaS and on-prem software products. As a founding team member of Aliya Financial Technologies, she helped change CX for borrowers who were previously cut out of the lending market resulting in $3 Billion of fairly priced, lower-default consumer loans. Marietta enjoys roller skating and serving her Austin community on the leadership team for TEDxAustin and TEDxAustinYouth, and giving back as a leadership coach with AtlasProject.org. Coming from a family of artists, she is joyfully curating her home into the art museum that she always wanted to live in - which makes her really happy!
