Stephen Riley serves as a journey design expert within Allstate’s Enterprise Customer Experience group and is a co-founder of Allstate’s Enterprise Design Thinking practice. His team partners with Allstate family of businesses to collaboratively provide exceptional customer experiences to Allstate customers. With over 20 years of experience with design, marketing, UX, CX, Design and System Thinking, Stephen leads his partners through a participatory design process he developed with his team utilizing Design Thinking methods to create a shared understanding of our customer’s needs and rapidly test ways to help solve them. Stephen also co-founded Allstate’s Enterprise Design Thinking practice by building an extensive framework and curriculum based on the needs of the organization. He has additionally served as an instructor and lead facilitator for the practice since 2017, helping elevate the role of design within the larger Allstate organization and empower its employees to best serve its customers.
