Sydney Brunson

Sydney Brunson is a journalist-turned-strategist passionate about creating equity for all employees and the communities in which they belong. Sydney currently serves as the Executive Director of Community and Inclusion at Travere Therapeutics. Travere is a biotechnology company whose mission is to identify, develop and deliver life-changing therapies to people living with rare disease. In this role, she serves as an effective, trusted, and credible advisor to leaders on people strategy, inclusion, culture, engagement, and employee-centric programs and utilizes a data-driven approach to identify needs and foster an organization where everyone can do their best work. Prior to Travere, she served as the Head of Culture for Microsoft North America in the Executive Office of the President. She also has held roles in diversity & inclusion and management consulting at Pinterest and IBM.
