He has spent over a decade leading digital workplaces in large organizations, and held leadership and product team roles at consulting and software development firms. Ted co-founded the Chicago Online Community Professionals co-working group and has been a frequent speaker at conferences for 20 years. Ted likes fixing up his 100-year-old house, walking Chicago’s neighborhoods with his dog, and escaping to the great outdoors whenever possible to kayak, hike and camp.
