Dr. Brittany Barhite, is an expert in communication and employee experience. She currently oversees culture and employee experience at ITC Holdings Corporation.

Her passion for communication, employee engagement and technology led her to earn a doctorate, focusing her research on these critical areas. Armed with both experience and education, Brittany introduces a refreshing approach to employee communications and experience.

Her methodology revolves around creative storytelling, data-driven personalized communications and a pursuit of transforming the employee experience.

Before joining ITC, Brittany was the VP of communications and brand experience at the SaaS company, Firstup. She has also managed internal communications at a Fortune 500 company, where she skillfully managed HR, IT and executive communications.
