Chris is a forward-thinking digital employee experience and communications strategist with over two decades of award-winning success transforming employee experience, content and communications strategies. Known for crafting data-driven channel strategies that modernize how organizations communicate, connect, engage and drive productivity.

He is passionate about simplifying digital employee experiences and reimagining how employees engage with technology. He is a featured speaker at digital workplace conferences where he shares his expertise on user experience, design, multi-channel content strategy and measurement. He and his former teams hold multiple awards for his intranet and channel work including Step Two Intranet & Digital Workplace awards for two separate global intranet rebuilds and enterprise social; Ragan’s Intranet awards for Best Design and Best Personalized Experience; and multiple Reworked IMPACT awards for Collaboration Excellence and Innovative Use of Workplace Technology. He has also been awarded AX100’s Top 100 Global Leaders Transforming Customer & Employee Experience and Digital Workplace Group (DWG)’s Digital Workplace Leader of the Year.

Chris recently took on a consulting role for a large global firm and is working on a multi-year project consolidating multiple large scale global intranets into a single unified experience.

As the former Associate Vice President of Digital Internal Communications at Comcast, he was responsible for the overall vision and strategy of modernizing Comcast’s internal communications channels and digital employee experience for more than 100k employees. Prior to Comcast, Chris headed up Digital Communications for Cox Communications focusing on reimagining the digital employee experience, intranet and content strategy for 25k employees.

When he’s not thinking about digital experiences, you can usually find Chris on the tennis court, playing guitar or traveling.
