Holly Grogan

Holly Grogan is President of Appspace, where she helps shape the company’s strategy and mission to support workplaces that are clear, connected, and designed around how people actually work. She previously served as Appspace’s Chief Experience Officer and, before that, as Chief People Officer, where she was responsible for driving growth through people, culture, and talent strategies.

Over the course of her career, Holly has worked closely with leaders and teams navigating growth, change, and uncertainty. Her experience spans people strategy, organizational development, and enterprise transformation, giving her a grounded perspective on how careers evolve and where traditional systems often struggle to keep pace with real life.

As Appspace president, Holly works with organizations of all sizes, including Fortune 500 companies, as they adopt workplace technologies and strategies to remove friction from daily work. Her work focuses on helping teams stay informed, aligned, and productive across in-office, remote, hybrid, and frontline environments, offering her a broad view into how changing expectations show up across different roles, regions and industries.
