Kevin McDonnell

Helping people to understand the why, the what and the how of collaboration technology has been Kevin McDonnell’s main aims for many years now and he is very excited to be able to do this on behalf of Reworked. After starting in the world of financial services for around 15 years, Kevin is now a consultant and currently a Group Manager at Avanade within the Value Realization team, helping organization’s to make the most of their investments in Microsoft Technology. He is also recognized by Microsoft as a Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for his work around Microsoft 365, especially with Microsoft Viva and Microsoft Search. His passion takes him to conferences both in the UK and internationally to speak on collaboration and employee experience topics, although, he also enjoys a good natter from home on the GreyHatBeard podcast that talks about all things modern workplace in the Microsoft space.
