Marna van der Merwe

Marna is an Organizational Psychologist and Subject Matter Expert at AIHR. She has over 13 years’ experience in Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness and Strategic Talent Management and Consulting. She is a researcher, published author, regular writer and conference speaker in the areas of talent management, experience design, as well as the changing nature of careers. Marna holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology, with a specific focus on talent management in the future of work.
