Raghu Krishnaiah is an innovative leader experienced with transforming products and business concepts into successful global endeavors. His career as a seasoned change agent and strategist spans over 20 years of progressive P&L management, strategy, sales, product development, operations, and leadership responsibilities across education, financial services and technology companies. As chief operating officer at University of Phoenix, he is instrumental in its evolution and responsible for all operating strategy and results, including Workforce Solutions.

Raghu leverages experience leading multiple operating groups within institutions serving working adult learners to advance conversation on education successfully anticipating evolving workforce and industry needs. He brings a unique perspective about individual grit and how workforce environments can succeed while supporting individuals in realizing their potential. He is regularly published in publications including Talent Management, Forbes, and Chief Executive. Raghu is a veteran speaker with experience serving on industry and academic panels, as keynote speaker and leading media tours on a range of workforce topics.

Raghu previously served as chief operating officer at Western Governors University, and senior vice president at Kaplan Higher Education Group. He has served in a number of leadership roles throughout his career, overseeing large operational infrastructures at complex global organizations in financial services, management consulting, and technology industries.

Raghu earned both a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), as well as a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.
