Rebecca Hinds is the Head of the Work AI Institute at Glean, where she partners with leading AI experts to research how AI is transforming organizations. She holds a B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. from Stanford University, where she studied how AI is reshaping the workplace and was awarded the prestigious Stanford Graduate Interdisciplinary Fellowship—one of the highest honors for doctoral students pursuing cross-disciplinary research. From 2022 to 2025, Rebecca founded and led the Work Innovation Lab at Asana, pioneering bold, research-driven solutions to some of today’s biggest workplace challenges.
