Theresa Welbourne

Dr. Theresa M. Welbourne is the Will and Maggie Brooke Professor in Entrepreneurship at the Culverhouse College of Business at the University of Alabama. She is also the executive director of the Alabama Entrepreneurship Institute. Dr. Welbourne's expertise includes entrepreneurship with a focus on human capital, leadership and strategy. She also is the founder, president and CEO of eePulse, Inc, and is an affiliated senior research scientist at the Center for Effective Organizations, Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
