Ulrich Beliby is a Knowledge Management and Information Governance professional with over 8 years of experience supporting international development organizations and multi-regional institutions.

He has also led large-scale archival modernization projects involving the processing of over 7 linear kilometers of archival records and the digitization of more than 250,000 documents.

Ulrich has contributed to cross-functional initiatives with organizations such as WHO and UN-related programs, focusing on knowledge dissemination, communication, and information accessibility in complex institutional environments.

He is actively engaged in continuous learning in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies applied to knowledge work.
