Walid believes in hands-on involvement in leading change, starting with idea creation and problem scoping through successful implementation, support and everything in between. Walid celebrates diversity and has deep insight into different cultures. His successful leadership can be attributed to a few relatively simple guiding principles:

Walid is currently the managing director at Technium Consulting Inc. helping clients around the world build their human capital and scale their business to the next level.
Walid lives and works out of his hone-base in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and spends his free time enjoying outdoor sports with his wife and two children.
