In Brief
- Korbyt added ConciergeAI for space booking and CommandAI for device management.
- CreateAI now enables in-platform image editing for workplace teams.
- Non-technical teams can automate communication and space management, reducing manual effort and IT burden.
Korbyt announced new additions to its 5CAI agent suite at ISE 2026 in Barcelona today. The Dallas-based workplace experience vendor introduced ConciergeAI for space booking and CommandAI for device management, while expanding its existing CreateAI content tool with contextual image editing.
The expanded suite aims to help non-technical workplace teams automate communication and space management tasks. "With our expanded 5CAI agent suite, we're helping organizations create more responsive, personalized environments that foster deeper employee engagement and enhance customer experiences — without burdening IT or facilities teams that are already stretched thin," said Travis Kemp, VP of Product Management at Korbyt in a company statement.
The agents integrate with the Korbyt Anywhere digital signage and workplace experience platform. Korbyt claims ConciergeAI reduces booking time by up to 75% through its Outlook-based conversational interface. The Korbyt website states the features will be "coming soon."
Inside 5CAI's New Agent Capabilities
The company is demonstrating the new functionality for those on site at ISE 2026. They include:
| Capability | Description |
|---|---|
| ConciergeAI | Outlook-based conversational assistant for room, desk and space booking |
| CommandAI (Screen Detective) | Machine learning-powered display monitoring with auto-recovery |
| CreateAI contextual editing | In-platform AI image editing with version history and audit logs |
Korbyt Doubled Down on AI Workplace Experience in 2025
Korbyt spent the past year building an AI-powered workplace experience platform while expanding its hardware portfolio. The company previewed updates to its Korbyt Anywhere platform at ISE 2025, then formally launched its 5C AI agent suite at InfoComm 2025 in June. CreateAI and CurateAI shipped immediately; today sees the ConciergeAI was initially expected in Q4 2025 and CommandAI is on schedule. ClarityAI, the final node, is targeted for early 2026.
In April 2025 integrated NFS Technology's Rendezvous room-booking solution, rebranded Korbyt Booking, which it had acquired in August 2024. It also partnered with Amazon to pair its cloud CMS with the Amazon Signage Stick for lower-cost deployments.
Enterprise AI Agent Adoption in Pilot Mode
AI agent deployment is advancing across industries, though most organizations remain in experimental phases. Nearly 90% of companies report using AI in at least one business function, and 79% say they're experimenting with agentic AI, according to a recent PwC survey.
However, as of mid-2025, only 8.6% of companies had AI agents running in full production, with nearly two-thirds still stuck in pilot mode.
Early Adopters Show Measurable Results
Several organizations have demonstrated tangible gains from AI agent implementations. Virgin Voyages uses more than 50 AI agents to generate thousands of hyper-personalized ads and emails simultaneously. Bank of America's Erica virtual assistant has handled over a billion customer interactions, streamlining service and freeing human teams for higher-value work.
Where AI Fits in Workplace Management
Organizations are deploying AI-driven systems that adjust physical spaces in real time. Meeting rooms equipped with these technologies can modify lighting conditions, surface relevant project information and generate three-dimensional models through gesture recognition, industry observers note.
The technology enables workspaces to interpret employee needs and respond accordingly, creating what analysts describe as adaptive environments that anticipate requirements before explicit requests.
Market Growth and Strategic Implications
Gartner predicted that by 2028, 33% of enterprise software applications will include agentic AI, up from less than 1% in 2024. Enterprises face challenges around role-based access controls, observability and lifecycle governance.
