Reworked CONNECT Conference: A Sneak Peek
Reworked CONNECT is just around the corner, bringing together industry leaders and practitioners to delve into the future of employee experience. After the last few years of online events, we’re looking forward to seeing everyone in person for the first time since 2019.
Taking place May 10-12 in Austin, Texas the conference has three full days of masterclasses, keynotes and breakout sessions tackling the most pressing topics in the workplace today. We'll also be debuting our latest research, the 2023 State of the Digital Workplace report, which shares perspectives from over 1000 executives.
The Workplace in a Time of Flux
Try as many companies might, our day to day work lives will never look the same as they did in 2019. This is in part due to the strong headway remote and hybrid work has made in most deskbound worker roles. But it's also due in part to the ongoing changes we find ourselves operating in, when some 44% of worker skills will be disrupted in the next five years according to the World Economic Forum and when quit rates remain steady in the US.
The last few years also spurred a renewed interest in work-life balance and an increasing demand among younger workers for alignment in their values and their employers'. And, of course, we continue to see the ripple effects of the introduction of ChatGPT in late November 2022.
With such a pixel-perfect demand for digital workplace solutions, the Reworked Connect Conference will offer attendees a chance to mingle with peers and industry leaders grappling with the many challenges these dynamics introduce. The conference will cover five broad areas:
Learning Opportunities
- Leadership and the Modern Organization
- Employee Experience: Design, Build, Listen & Optimize
- The Digital Workplace: Intranets, Collaboration & Killer Apps
- Future of Work: Artificial Intelligence, Automation & Virtual
- Talent Development & Enterprise Learning
