In Brief
- Docebo acquires 365Talents to boost skills intelligence.
- Merges learning and workforce analytics for real-time skills management.
- Enables HR leaders to identify and address skill gaps more effectively, supporting workforce agility as needs evolve.
AI-powered skills platforms are reshaping how enterprises identify, develop and deploy talent — and Docebo just made a $55 million bet on that shift.
Today, Docebo announced its acquisition of 365Talents, a Lyon, France-based AI-powered skills intelligence and workforce analytics company, for approximately $54.6 million in cash plus up to $5.1 million in potential earn-out payments tied to financial milestones. The company believes the deal will strengthen Docebo's ability to help organizations identify, develop and deploy skills at scale.
The transaction embeds skills intelligence directly into learning workflows. Docebo expects 365Talents to generate approximately $9 million in revenue following the close of the acquisition through December 2026. The 365Talents brand will remain independent, with its leadership team remaining in place.
Joining Docebo allows us to connect skills and talent intelligence directly to learning at enterprise scale. Together, we're building a platform that focuses on enterprise market customers, like Veolia, Crédit Agricole, and Société Générale, and allows them to understand what skills they have, develop the ones they need next, and adapt as work continues to change.

AI Skills Intelligence Reshapes Enterprise Learning
AI-driven skills platforms analyze capabilities in real time, predicting gaps and enabling dynamic talent deployment, with many now combining assessments with targeted learning, progress tracking and HR system integration.
These tools seek to address what industry observers describe as a notable gap: many employers know less about their own talent than external platforms like LinkedIn do.
Workera, Augmentir and Retrain.ai represent the new generation of skills platforms. The Udemy-Workera partnership, for example, provides AI-powered skills verification, gap analysis and continuous monitoring of skill improvement. The partnership was soon after followed by the $2.5 billion merger of Udemy and Coursera. Coursera's Skill Tracks use labor market insights to map learning directly to job roles, aiming to ensure employees gain verifiable credentials.
Major enterprise software providers have also entered the skills management market. Workday's Skills Cloud and Cornerstone's skills engine use AI and labor market data to generate skills profiles and learning recommendations. Microsoft's People Skills service integrates LinkedIn data across Microsoft 365 and Viva to create what the company describes as a unified skills data layer for enterprises.
