Andrew Freed is a veteran marketing executive who has built world-class teams at leading B2B technology companies in HR, education, health and finance.
Career highlights:
- At LinkedIn, Andrew built the global product marketing function for the Talent Solutions business, supporting revenue growth from under $500 million to over $2 billion during his tenure.
- At Coursera, a global provider of online learning, he built and led the Enterprise marketing organization, helping to propel the company to a $5 billion IPO in 2021.
- Most recently at Hinge Health, a leader in digital MSK care with $800 million in VC investment, he established the product and customer marketing teams, helping the business grow from 500 to 1500+ enterprise customers.
Prior to roles in Enterprise B2B marketing, Andrew was at Intuit where he had roles in marketing and product to grow Intuit’s small business accounting and payments businesses.
Earlier in his career, Andrew was in Washington, DC pursuing his passion for politics as a media consultant for campaigns including US President, US Senate and House, Governorships and more.
He received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and graduated Cum Laude from the University of California, San Diego with a BA in Political Science.
In his role of VP Product Marketing, Andrew will be responsible for strategic planning, evolving Culture Amp’s strategic narrative, messaging and positioning, conducting competitive analysis, developing pricing and packaging strategies, enabling Sales & Customer Success, and accelerating the company’s product growth.
