The Berlin-based vendor consolidates recruiting, performance and learning into one AI-driven data layer as it presses deeper into the US market.

In Brief

  • Leapsome integrates HRIS, ATS and talent data foundation.

  • Automates onboarding, learning and people analytics with AI agents.

  • HR leaders gain rigorous, board-ready talent data for decisions.

Leapsome launched an AI-driven HR platform on July 15 that consolidates the employee lifecycle — from recruiting and onboarding through performance, engagement, learning and compensation — into a single people data foundation. The platform aims to reduce tool expenses and give HR leaders board-ready people reporting on par with financial reporting, according to company officials.

"HR teams have been told to be more data-driven with less data than any other function in the business. That changes when recruiting, performance, and development finally sit in one place instead of three systems that don't talk to each other,"  Jessica Zwaan, VP People Strategy and Operations and author of Built for People said.

The release includes a new applicant tracking system (ATS) in early access, five EU-hosted AI agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectivity for data import and export. Leapsome asserts the combined offering represents the only fully connected people data foundation in HR.

The platform is EU AI Act compliant, ISO 27001 certified, GDPR compliant and EU-hosted. More than 2,000 organizations use Leapsome, including Notion, Spotify, Mercedes-Benz and Bolt.
